Ensures all aspects of the project have the required SHES systems, processes, services, and support to achieve project goals on safety, environmental and regulatory compliance, industrial hygiene, occupational health, security, and emergency preparedness for the fabrication of offshore installations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on SHES compliance and oversee PMT SHES team.

• Coordinate with Contractor and vendors; ensure resource coverage.

• Review SHES documents, audits, and inspections per Client requirements.

• Manage SHES risks, JSAs, toolbox talks, and training programs.

• Lead SHES meetings, reporting, and performance reviews.

• Support Incident & Injury Free program and safety campaigns.

• Ensure incident reporting, investigations, and lessons learned.

• Confirm emergency response readiness and preparedness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Science, Safety, Health, Environment, Security, or Engineering.

• 10 years Oil & Gas SHES experience, including supervisory/oversight roles.

• Offshore fabrication and Asian shipyard experience.

• Experience with Contractors, Service Companies, and large-scale operations.

• Knowledge of SHES management systems and Client project requirements.

Skills and Competencies

• Good written and spoken English.

• Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, and strong communication skills.
