Responsible for ensuring project control functions are aligned with the department’s business strategy and for implementing project scheduling and monitoring processes. Reports to the Project Control Lead and oversees project schedule and cost information across all disciplines from feasibility through to completion.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement project planning, scheduling, and cost control procedures for Client projects.

• Review and certify contractor invoices, quantities, and payment applications.

• Monitor progress, productivity, and contractor performance.

• Track project costs vs. BoQ/budget; flag overruns and recommend corrective actions.

• Support assessment of contractual deviations, claims, and EOT requests.

• Review contractor planning packages, recovery plans, and reports.

• Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow, and consolidated progress reports.

• Validate schedules, analyze delays, and propose recovery measures.

• Conduct site verifications to confirm billed quantities and completed works.

• Provide as-built schedules, manpower, and quantity data for Client records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• 7+ years of multidisciplinary oil & gas experience with focus on planning, scheduling, and cost control across all project phases.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Strong computer literacy with expertise in MS Office, Primavera, and technical applications.

• Proven planning and scheduling skills.
