Manage and oversee all aspects of commissioning phases and discipline teams for the client project, supporting the PMT, directing contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors. Collaborate with facilities, EPC engineers, and operations personnel, provide guidance on systemization, scheduling, execution strategies, and procedure approvals, and coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning to optimize both onshore and offshore schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contractor documents and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Analyse proposals, deviations, and new technologies; apply lessons learned.
- Support supplier qualification and assess contractor manpower.
- Ensure schedule milestones are met and recovery plans are in place.
- Witness work, verify reports, participate in audits, and manage systems completion deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
- 10+ years in engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, including supervisory roles.
- Experienced in greenfield, brownfield, and SIMOPS projects for large EPC contracts.
- Skilled in commissioning, pre-startup reviews, systemization, and documentation.
- Knowledge of design standards, codes, safety criteria, and LNG systems.
- Experience with clients, contractors, and start-up support.
