Provide frontline safety and technical leadership to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective execution of mechanical package installation activities, aligned with the project schedule and compliant with client safety, quality, and technical standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety and promote a safety-first culture.

• Review Contractor documents and ensure compliance with client standards.

• Coordinate with Contractors on schedule, technical, and cost matters.

• Support planning, risk assessments, and schedule mitigation.

• Monitor site activities, progress, and performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Sciences or Engineering.

• 8+ years experience in large construction projects, including supervisory roles.

• Skilled in mechanical construction, installation, hook-up, and pre-commissioning.

• Knowledge of mechanical systems, industry codes, and installation processes.

• Experience with clients, contractors, and service/heavy construction companies.

• Familiar with design standards, specifications, and safety criteria.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PDF, and document control systems.

• Strong communication and ability to read construction drawings and Navisworks 3D models.

• Prepare and verify piping fabrication plans; interpret Primavera schedules.

• Apply mechanical design standards, codes, and safety criteria for client facilities.
