Provides technical expertise to align client project pipeline pre-commissioning priorities across all departments, ensuring progress milestones are met and the scope of work is completed in line with technical, safety, and quality requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onshore and offshore pre-commissioning activities, ensuring safety and compliance.

• Provide technical expertise and oversee risk assessments, HAZIDs, and constructability reviews.

• Coordinate with all disciplines and contractors to meet project schedule and objectives.

• Review and implement pre-commissioning documents.

• Mentor trainees and maintain lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

• 8+ years commissioning experience in oil & gas, including supervisory roles.

• Experience with clients, contractors, and service companies.

• Skilled in pipeline pre-commissioning (Hydrotest, ILI, dewatering, drying, N₂ packing).

• Proficient in intelligent pigging operations and reading P&IDs, datasheets, and GA drawings.

• Knowledge of project execution, systems completion, contracts, and standards.

• Experience with LNG-related systems and start-up support.

• Excellent spoken and written English skills.

• Proficient in office and technical applications.
