Responsible for quality across client Major Projects. Ensure product and process quality throughout the lifecycle, implement quality control procedures, monitor production, investigate issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and tests; investigate issues and apply corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records and reports.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Lead or support quality audits.
- Manage quality of supplier materials and components.
- Validate new processes and equipment for compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Sciences or Engineering.
- 8+ years quality experience in oil & gas, including supervisory roles.
- Experience with clients, contractors, or service companies in large projects.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems, standards, and tools.
- Skilled in quality control plans and process improvement.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of Quality Systems and specifications.
- Skilled in quality analysis and root cause analysis.
- Able to prepare clear quality plans and ITPs.
- Experienced in testing/inspection methods and result interpretation.
