Responsible for the integrity and fit-for-service of all goods and services procured for client projects as part of the Shared Services Quality Team. Ensure high-quality, cost-effective procurement and support safe, full-life-cycle operations. Collect and analyze project quality data to identify trends and improvements, enhancing overall project quality and execution efficiency.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze quality data and implement improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with project Quality teams and communicate trends.

• Monitor contractors and vendors for compliance with client standards.

• Assess quality risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Review audits, NCRs, DRs, and propose improvements.

• Oversee Contractor and Vendor Quality support teams.

• Collect lessons learned and optimize processes.

• Guide quality personnel on plans, gaps, and compliance.

• Manage electronic data controls, dashboards, and e-NCR tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Sciences or Engineering.

• 8+ years quality experience in oil & gas, including supervisory roles.

• Experience with clients, contractors, or service companies in large projects.

• Knowledge of Quality Systems, industry standards, and project management tools.

• Certified in Quality Improvement Processes and statistical methods (e.g., Power BI).

• Skilled in project risk management and quality/statistical tools (SWOT, FMEA, Bowtie, control charts, Pareto, regression, etc.).

Skills and Competencies

• Experience with clients, contractors, or service companies in oil & gas.

• Experience in large-scale operations, projects, or subsurface organizations.

• Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems, specifications, and tools.

• Familiarity with industry standards.
