Assist the client’s Offshore Brownfield leadership team in managing day-to-day EPC Contractor construction activities, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely execution of offshore brownfield scopes to meet project objectives
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide offshore construction technical and execution support.

• Manage Brownfield execution, offshore accommodation, POB, and marine operations.

• Coordinate readiness reviews, site mobilization, shutdowns, and restarts.

• Communicate priorities to yard teams and manage interfaces with engineering and operations.

• Review deliverables, lessons learned, and coordinate closure with client PMT and EPC Contractor.

• Align with Operations, Marine, and Logistics on execution plans.

• Act as subject-matter expert on marine and operations practices (WMS, PTW, SIMOPS, SDMS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Sciences or Engineering.

• OPITO-certified, offshore survival certificate, able to pass offshore medical.

• Offshore platform/vessel experience required.

• 8+ years in large oil & gas construction projects.

• Strong brownfield execution experience with Contractor and client teams.

Skills and Competencies

• Offshore project experience with contractors; client completion knowledge is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of stakeholder specs and industry standards.

• Proficient in English and computer/technical applications.
