Oversee all Contractor procurement activities for the CO2 Sequestration Project, ensuring a cost-effective and timely Procurement & Materials program that meets the project’s needs. Ensure all procurement requirements are met and that the Contractor complies with the EPC Contract and client requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Align with PMT on procurement objectives and execution plans.

• Manage procurement of long-lead items (LLI) and oversee tendering & PO processes.

• Ensure compliance with project and EPC Contractor procurement procedures.

• Report procurement progress, costs, and issues.

• Oversee Contractor execution of Purchasing Plan, materials management, and expediting.

• Review spares list and ensure proper procurement execution.

• Ensure Contractor compliance with Vendor Qualification and maintain Vendor List.

• Monitor delivery of procurement documents per project quality standards.

• Support Contractor’s subcontracting plan administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, Engineering, Accounting, Business Management/Administration, or related commercial disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience on major client projects.

• Strong understanding of procurement best practices.

• In-depth knowledge of the procurement market and key vendors in the oil and gas industry.
