Leads analytics and data systems for major projects, managing warehouses, reporting, predictive modeling, and ETL to deliver actionable insights. Ensures data integrity, system performance, and quality standards while providing technical leadership, risk assessment, and global stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes with automation tools
Develop web, IT, and SharePoint applications for data management
Gather business requirements and design effective solutions
Collect data from multiple sources and transform into insights using Power BI
Design interactive dashboards and reports with actionable visualizations
Build and optimize Power BI data models for efficient reporting
Write DAX formulas for custom calculations and business logic
Develop compelling visualizations aligned with business needs
Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows
Utilize Oracle Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, and management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
8+ years as Power BI Developer/Dashboard Designer, preferably in Oil & Gas Construction
5+ years in SQL for data manipulation and extraction
Experienced in Oracle Primavera P6
Skills and Competencies
Extensive knowledge in data analytics with expertise in interactive dashboards and reports
Strong IT, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Power BI, MS SQL, SharePoint, Excel, Power Platform (Power Apps)
Skilled in Power BI development, data modeling, visualization, DAX, Power Query, and ETL tools (SSIS or similar)
Proficient in MS Office, ASP.NET, SharePoint, HTML, CSS
Experience in report automation (SSRS, Power BI Report Builder), SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP Data Services
Excellent English communication, collaboration, and supervisory skills
