Job Description
Led and managed the COMP8a EPC Contractor to ensure safe, efficient offshore brownfield execution, meeting project objectives and quality standards. Oversaw construction scopes, ensured adherence to operational procedures, provided technical support, and coordinated internal and external interfaces across EPC Contractors.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and execution expertise for offshore brownfield constructability and installability.

  • Support offshore execution, including POB and marine operations.

  • Coordinate readiness reviews and approvals for major offshore activities.

  • Communicate priorities to yard teams for brownfield and tie-in scopes.

  • Manage interfaces across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations.

  • Align with Operations, Marine, and Logistics on BF construction plans.

  • Serve as subject-matter expert on BF operations and marine practices.

  • Provide relief for Offshore BF Construction Lead as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Science or Engineering.

  • Offshore survival certificate; OPITO a plus; fit for offshore work.

  • 8+ years in Oil & Gas construction, with 1+ year supervisory experience.

  • Extensive brownfield project execution and strong supervisory skills.


Skills and Competencies

  • Global experience with offshore project contractors; advantage if familiar with Client Completion philosophy.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective within project management teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and working knowledge of industry standards.

  • Proficient in English, computer literate with office and technical applications.
