Job Description
Lead and manage the COMP8a EPC Contractor for safe, efficient offshore brownfield execution, ensuring quality, adherence to procedures, optimal resource use, and effective coordination across shareholders, and EPC contractors.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage offshore Brownfield projects to achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.
  • Provide technical and execution expertise for project planning, constructability, and installability.
  • Plan offshore logistics, POB, and marine operations.
  • Coordinate project reviews, readiness approvals, and shutdown/restart activities.
  • Support EPC strategies, construction planning, and communicate priorities to fabrication teams.
  • Lead CWA/CWP development, workpacks, and project controls.
  • Manage interfaces across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations.
  • Align with Operations, Marine, and Logistics on execution plans.
  • Act as expert on operations and marine procedures (WMS, PTW, SIMOPS, SDMS).
  • Provide backup for Mechanical Completions Lead as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or Engineering.
  • Offshore survival certificate and ability to pass offshore medical; OPITO certification preferred.
  • 8+ years in large Oil & Gas construction projects, including 1+ year in supervisory or oversight roles.
  • Extensive brownfield project execution experience from both contractor and client perspectives with strong leadership skills.

Skills and Competencies
  • Global experience with offshore project contractors; client completion philosophy experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork within a PMT.
  • In-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and industry standards.
  • Proficient in written/spoken English and computer applications, including technical software.
  • Able to work on or be based offshore on platforms or vessels.
