Job Description
Represent the company on board installation vessels to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of works by overseeing contractor activities in line with established procedures. Act as the main focal point and team leader on the contractor’s vessel, working in a challenging offshore environment, assisting with problem-solving through prior experience, managing incident response, and leading a multi-cultural team effectively.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Company Site Representative onboard, reporting activity status and progress to Vessel Lead

  • Serve as day-to-day interface with EPC contractor and craft labor

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and plans

  • Apply or develop procedures to support project management philosophy

  • Coordinate with project teams and departments to resolve issues collaboratively

  • Demonstrate leadership, integrity, confidence, and fairness

  • Take initiative to deliver timely and cost-effective service

  • Manage problem resolution in complex situations using experience and knowledge


Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Engineering

  • 8+ years offshore installation experience in transport & installation activities

  • 5+ years as Field Engineer or Site Supervisor onboard installation vessels

  • Experience with QELNG and PTW systems (desirable, not mandatory)

  • Knowledge of offshore facility installation and subsea structure execution methods

  • Strong experience in MSV supervision

  • Basic training/knowledge in lifting, rigging, and safety standards


Skills and Competencies

  • Fluent in English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
