Job Description
Coordinate and implement processes for efficient handover of multiple projects (CAT I-III) under OES, ensuring timely completion of ORP deliverables with supporting documentation. Manage the challenges of a dynamic environment while balancing asset growth, safe operations, and seamless multi-party handovers.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and update ORR checklists for OES Projects (CAT I-III).

  • Ensure supporting documentation confirms status and close-out of ORR deliverables.

  • Draft, review, and maintain handover deliverables registers (P-to-PA).

  • Collect early documentation from PMT and provide consolidated OES feedback.

  • Support Completions & Handover Lead in stakeholder approvals and quarterly ORP updates.

  • Develop and track R&R matrices for stakeholders to manage operational readiness and handover.

  • Contribute to weekly and monthly OES reports on ORP, ORR, and P-to-PA status.

  • Maintain and update OES CAT II & III SharePoint portal.


Qualifications:

  • HND in Engineering

  • 8 years of multi-disciplinary experience in oil and gas, including projects and facilities O&M

  • Experienced in multi-party coordination and ensuring organisational readiness for facility handovers


Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant technical applications
