Responsible for managing commissioning of wellhead platforms during preparation and execution, ensuring objectives are met safely, within scope and schedule. Oversees all electrical commissioning activities, coordinating with EPC contractors and subcontractors while driving collaboration to achieve technical, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical commissioning to meet schedule and safety (SIMOPS).
• Oversee onshore/offshore execution, prioritizing onshore work.
• Supervise contractors and ensure proper database use.
• Ensure spare parts and tools readiness.
• Manage completion, walkdowns, and PSSR.
• Develop commissioning procedures and check sheets.
• Enforce safety and cybersecurity protocols.
• Capture and maintain lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Applied Sciences or Engineering
• 8+ years oil & gas experience, 1+ year supervisory
• Skilled in contract compliance, codes, and technical specs
• Proficient in execution, commissioning, and system completion
• Expert in P&IDs, datasheets, GA drawings, procedures
• Experience with EPCs, subcontractors, LNG vendors
• Strong background in LV/HV, UPS, power distribution, subsea cables, transformers
• Knowledge of LOTO, ATEX/IEC, electrical standards
• Start-up support, handover to operations; offshore experience preferred

Skills and Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective team player within PMT.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Skilled in office and technical applications.
• Capable of liaising with contractors to obtain required information.
• Experienced in interface coordination, support, and documentation.
