Deliver maintenance scheduling for OES projects to optimize resources, ensure reliable execution, and meet targets. Prepare and release plans, monitor performance, produce reports, coordinate reviews, and manage manpower allocation across assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure EHS compliance and integrate improvements into schedules.
- Review KPIs, prioritize tasks, track performance, facilitate 14DS meetings, and release 12-week plans.
- Consolidate backlog, forecast resource peaks, and reschedule per LACD.
- Integrate PM/CM work orders into 14DS to optimize resources.
- Document deferrals, verify planning quality, and ensure material readiness.
- Maximize campaigning and release 14DS on time for PTW.
- Manage material reservations and coordinate with warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma
- 7 years’ maintenance experience in oil & gas/petrochemical industry
- 3 years in planning and scheduling
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Skilled in SAP PM and related industry software
