To ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions through the design, implementation, and execution of comprehensive test strategies, combining manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases for functional and non-functional scenarios.

• Perform manual and automated testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST-Assured/Postman) integrated with CI/CD pipelines.

• Execute performance, load, and security tests using tools such as JMeter, k6, and OWASP ZAP.

• Track QA metrics (defect leakage, pass rates, automation coverage) and report to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with product, development, DevOps, and UX teams in agile environments.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and developers on testing methodologies and automation practices.

• Continuously improve testing workflows and adopt new tools for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of QA experience, including 2–5 years in Qatar.

• Proven background in manual, automation, performance, and security testing.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST-Assured, Postman, JMeter, k6, and OWASP ZAP.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodology, and QA metrics.

Skills and Competencies

• Test strategy and planning, defect management, and QA metrics reporting.

• Proficiency in automation frameworks and performance/security testing tools.

• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance standards, and API testing.

• Mentoring, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.
