Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance operations by overseeing activities, supporting troubleshooting, managing resources, and driving compliance with SHE standards and company processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support QLMS processes to minimize SHE incidents.

• Supervise and oversee maintenance activities at main complex and remote platforms per safe work practices.

• Review work notifications and RBWS to ensure PPM compliance and safe, reliable operations.

• Ensure maintenance history is updated in SAP work orders per close-out requirements.

• Support troubleshooting of equipment issues using P&IDs, drawings, BOMs, and data sheets.

• Conduct toolbox meetings and report Near Miss Incidents via observation system.

• Ensure hazard assessments, JSAs, LMRAs, and PTW requirements are completed with mitigations in place.

• Review and recommend maintenance budget inputs, monitor and control section expenditures to meet KPIs.

• Address outstanding audit/RCFA/CAR/Safety observations and implement actions within deadlines.

• Provide input on field expansion, participate in FEED, HAZOPS, RS/FRA, commissioning, and punch/warranty activities with PMT/EPC.

Qualifications:

• 8 years’ diversified experience in oil, gas, and petrochemical industry.

• 7 years in field maintenance; 3 years in supervisory roles.

• Offshore maintenance experience.

• Skilled in major overhauling and troubleshooting.

• Higher National Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Instrument / Electrical).

• Strong background in oil & gas operations and maintenance.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Skilled in MS Office, SAP, and CMMS software.

• Adaptable to multicultural environments with broad cross-cultural exposure.
