To manage and oversee end-to-end logistics operations (Sea, Air, Land, and Courier) for imports and exports to/from Qatar and the Middle East, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and achieving cost-effective, timely deliveries.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and route shipments, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery.

• Manage purchase orders/contracts and review customs requirements at destinations.

• Oversee all freight operations (Import, Export, Returns – Air, Sea & Land).

• Ensure compliance with customs, regulations, and industry standards.

• Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

• Monitor shipment costs and resolve any delays or issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in multinational or large-scale industries.

• Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP) are an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of logistics regulations, customs, and compliance.

• Proficiency in supply chain and logistics systems/software.

• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
