The role involves developing and updating training packages for the Permit to Work (PTW) system, Energy Isolation, and ePTW, ensuring timely updates to reflect current procedures and lessons learned. It requires adaptability in a fast-changing environment while maintaining consistent application of PTW processes across diverse, multicultural, and multi-venture operations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update PTW training materials, incorporating lessons learned and supporting trainers.

• Communicate procedural changes effectively to end users.

• Support PTW system improvements and assigned reviews.

• Ensure ePTW access is granted only to trained, competent personnel.

• Provide PTW consultation during routine and shutdown operations.

• Organize meetings with PTW coordinators, training, and competency teams.

• Cascade lessons learned through communication sessions.

• Support and participate in PTW audit activities.

• Contribute to ePTW tools development, testing, implementation, and availability.

Qualifications:

• HND in Engineering

• 6 years’ Operations, Maintenance, or SHE experience in Oil & Gas, including 2 years as PTW instructor

• Expertise in SHE procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment, job safety analysis, integrated safety systems, and international PTW standards

Skills and Competencies

• Computer literacy and excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Good presentation skill.
