Experienced IT Governance and Business Analysis professional skilled in designing and improving IT policies, processes, and documentation. Proficient in business analysis, audit planning, risk management, project coordination, and KPI evaluation, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and improve IT policies, processes, and documentation in line with best practices.

• Conduct business analysis, translating requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Apply IT objectives, process improvement, and Enterprise Risk Management frameworks.

• Plan and execute internal and external audits; track controls and remediation activities.

• Use project management tools, coordinate with project managers, and support smooth project execution.

• Analyze KPIs, suggest improvements, and review/amend RFPs.

• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in computer science or a related field.
• Min of 6+ years of experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
