To ensure the smooth operation, security, and reliability of IT systems by providing timely support, managing IT assets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining network and workstation infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support and manage service system activities.
• Handle IT requests, calls, and emails; analyze and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Monitor antivirus alerts and respond appropriately.
• Manage IT assets, workstations, vulnerabilities, and network/central printers.
• Administer Active Directory (AD) using AD Manager Plus.
• Provide technical assistance and maintain up-to-date hardware knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Higher in computer science or a related field.
• Min of 10+ years of experience

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent Level of English in both reading and writing
