Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements and propose IT solutions.
Analyze business needs and automate procedures; perform process re-engineering.
Plan and estimate effort for new features, components, or modifications.
Design and implement business applications using JDeveloper, Oracle Forms/Reports, and AME workflows.
Deliver analysis reports and recommend IT interventions.
Perform programming tasks as per project plan and specifications.
Maintain strong relationships with key users and ensure proper system usage.
Test, validate, and deploy new features from development to production.
Lead and manage end-user training sessions before go-live.
Monitor and maintain ERP modules: Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement, iSupplier, E-tendering, Sourcing, and Project Contracts.
Follow up on SRs in Oracle Metalink.
Document all project tasks, from initiation to user manuals.
Certified in Oracle Development (Financial/Logistics track).
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP solutions (Financial and Logistics).
Expertise in Oracle ERP modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Asset Management, Asset Tracking, Fixed Assets, Suppliers, Procurement Services.
System administration experience preferred.
Skilled trainer, able to explain complex concepts with practical examples.
Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
Proficient in report writing and follow-up.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
