Conduct workshops to capture requirements and provide IT solutions/design.
Analyze business requirements and automate processes.
Perform process re-engineering based on automation studies.
Plan and estimate effort for new features, components, or modifications.
Perform gap analysis and design strong test scenarios.
Design & implement business applications using JDeveloper, Oracle Forms/Reports, and AME workflows.
Deliver analysis reports and recommend IT interventions.
Perform programming tasks per project plan and specifications.
Maintain relationships with key users and ensure proper system usage.
Test and deploy new features from development to production.
Support testing of other applications.
Lead/manage end-user training before go-live.
Monitor and maintain HRMS modules: Self Service, Payroll, I-Recruitment, OLM.
Follow up on Service Requests (SR).
Document tasks from project initiation to user manuals.
System administration knowledge preferred.
Certified in Oracle Development HRMS/SS Track.
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules: Self Service, HRMS, Payroll, I-Recruitment, OLM, Appraisal.
Good understanding of Oracle ERP solutions and system administration.
Skilled trainer with ability to simplify complex concepts.
Strong reporting, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Experienced in workshop facilitation and presentations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
