Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements and propose IT solutions.
Analyze requirements, automate procedures, and perform process re-engineering.
Plan and estimate effort for new features, components, and modifications.
Perform gap analysis, design test scenarios, and validate environments.
Design and implement business applications using JDeveloper, Oracle Forms/Reports, AME workflows, and Oracle Apex.
Deliver analysis studies and recommend IT interventions.
Execute programming tasks per project plans and specifications.
Maintain strong relationships with key users and ensure system adoption.
Test new features in dev/test environments and deploy to production.
Lead and manage end-user training sessions before go-live.
Monitor and maintain ERP modules: Payables, Receivables, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, iSupplier, and Supply Chain.
Follow up on service requests (SR) as needed.
Document all tasks from project initiation through to user manuals.
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
8+ years in Applications Development
Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Oracle Development Financial Track certification
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, iSupplier, Supplier Management)
Good understanding of Oracle ERP solutions (Financial)
Skilled trainer with ability to simplify complex concepts
System administration background (preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
Proficient in report writing and follow-up
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
