Prepares and cataloging Materials in RSPL (Recommended Spare Parts List’s) into SAP database.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in assessing spare parts capacity and operating supplies requirements.

• Assist materials team by liaising with OPCO for required materials.

• Catalog and prepare spares database for SAP Materials Module upload.

• Inspect received materials for accurate descriptions and updated part numbers.

• Review Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) for procedural accuracy.

• Research and retrieve missing or incomplete information per company standards.

• Improve item descriptions for procurement and warehouse inspection.

• Cross-check SAP records and inventory for duplicates using search functionalities.

• Update RSPL and Project Material Master Form with technical buying descriptions.

• Follow all company safety, health, environmental, and security procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Eight (8) years experience in materials management, mainly in Oil and Gas industry
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering

Skills and Competencies

• Good SAP knowledge in MM modules
• Good written and verbal communication skills
