Provide maintenance planning support to ensure effective scheduling and resource allocation for flawless execution, enhancing reliability of onshore facilities in line with company policies and targets, while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver activities within planned timeframes and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Align planning activities with Maintenance KPIs for timely and effective execution.

Develop detailed scopes of work for asset maintenance work orders.

Review task plans to ensure proper allocation of materials, tools, labor, contracts, and logistics.

Assess daily notifications for planning accuracy, validate TFUC/LACD, and address duplicate work orders.

Capture all associated costs and ensure compliance with company standards before approval.

Raise MDG requests for missing or incorrect SAP BOM data.

Prepare MRS for surplus materials return to warehouse.

Facilitate monthly PM reviews and prepare plans 12 weeks in advance.

Maintain and update SAP PM task list library for routine and major works.

Support work order close-out and set status to TECO.
Qualifications:
- HND in Engineering
- 7 years’ maintenance planning/scheduling experience in oil & gas and petrochemical industry
- 3 years in dedicated planning/scheduling roles
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Skilled in SAP PM and other industry-specific software
