Provide maintenance planning services to ensure effective resource allocation and flawless execution, enhancing reliability of onshore facilities in line with company policies and targets. Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver planned activities within set timeframes and compliance requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Align planning activities with Maintenance KPIs for timely execution and operational effectiveness.

• Develop detailed scope of work for asset maintenance work orders.

• Review tasks to ensure allocation of resources including materials, tools, labour, contracts, and logistics.

• Perform daily review of new notifications, validate TFUC/LACD, and manage duplicate work orders.

• Capture associated costs in work orders and raise MDG for missing/incorrect SAP BOM items.

• Prepare Material Return to Stock (MRS) for surplus/unused materials.

• Ensure planned works comply with Company Standards.

• Facilitate monthly PM review, 12 weeks ahead, and prepare PM plans.

• Maintain and update SAP PM task list library for routine and repetitive works.

• Support work order closeout process by setting status to TECO.

Qualifications:

• HND in Engineering

• 7 years’ maintenance planning/scheduling experience in oil, gas, and petrochemical industry

• 3 years in planning/scheduling roles

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in English (written and spoken)

• Skilled in SAP PM and industry-specific software
