Delivers cost-effective project administration by managing key activities, project controls, costs, and schedules. Defines roles, establishes communication protocols, and addresses potential disputes to ensure timely project delivery under high-pressure deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead PMT project control activities, coordinating across functions.

Provide management and technical direction in estimating, scheduling, cost, procurement, and contracts.

Ensure contractor adherence to project control, schedule, and progress monitoring.

Interface with Project Manager, PMT, and EPC Contractor on cost, schedule, and reporting.

Implement and update Project Control Plan; monitor changes and assess impacts.
-
Collect, analyze, and report project cost, schedule, and progress; prepare estimates.

Manage workforce planning and resourcing with consistent decision-making.

Monitor contractor performance, address discrepancies, and maintain integrated planning systems.

Review invoices, resolve queries, and ensure accounting and audit compliance.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Management, or Commercial disciplines.
-
10 years in oil and gas projects with project controls, cost/schedule management, tendering, and contracts.

3 years leading multi-discipline teams.
