Provide constructability input for marine and plant projects, supporting project leadership in planning, executing, and handing over critical brownfield and greenfield CAT-I/II projects, coordinating with stakeholders and contributing specialized expertise across multi-disciplinary tasks.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide constructability and brownfield inputs, optimize execution, and support early schedule and cost planning.

• Review contractor plans, monitor safety, and resolve issues.

• Support constructability reviews, site verification, and risk assessment.

• Ensure quality compliance and inspection standards.

• Capture lessons learned, manage interface agreements, and review commissioning readiness.

• Advise on construction techniques and optimize marine schedules.

• Analyze schedules, identify critical paths, and mitigate risks.

• Review ITTs, pre-bid clarifications, and vendor compliance.

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering or science; marine specialization recommended.

• 10 years’ experience in oil and gas, including 4 years in project management construction.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Maintain competence per technical framework requirements.

• Familiar with client and national/international specifications.

• Proficient in engineering software and relevant tools.
