Leads process engineering for greenfield and brownfield projects, guiding the project team and contractors, ensuring design delivery, EPC compliance, and risk management, while upholding safety, quality, cost, and schedule standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports NFPS Compression EPC projects, advising on process engineering matters.
Monitors contractor deliverables and leads the process team.
Reviews designs, conducts studies, and develops Basis of Design.
Plans deliverables per clients standards and coordinates multidisciplinary teams.
Captures and applies lessons learned from past projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Chemical/Process Engineering.
8+ years in oil and gas process engineering.
Expertise in offshore projects, design standards, codes, and safety.
Experience with Tier-1 EPC contractors on greenfield and brownfield platforms.
Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in English.
Adaptable to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities.
Continuously develops technical expertise in facilities engineering.
Skilled in organization, planning, coordination, and team facilitation.
