Leads Instrument & Control Engineering for the North Field Production Sustainability Project – Compression, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, and deadlines. Manages EPC contractor, oversees field instrumentation, third-party packages, and brownfield tie-ins with OPCO, requiring expertise in serial interfaces and strong coordination with other disciplines and MICC/ICSS Leads.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure I&C engineering meets project specs, safety, and execution plans.

• Drive work execution, ensuring technical alignment across disciplines and guiding EPC contractor.

• Manage ICSS purchase orders with EPC and vendors for safe integration into existing facilities.

• Oversee contractor schedules, provide progress data, and recommend recovery plans for delays.

• Support multi-discipline tasks with I&C expertise and advise management on related issues.

• Coordinate between key vendors and EPC to meet quality and execution goals.

• Provide I&C support in all project workshops and reviews.

• Engage leadership promptly and share lessons learned with the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in engineering.

• 8+ years’ I&C experience in offshore oil & gas projects.

• Skilled in instrumentation, controls, safety systems, metering, and vendor packages.

• Familiar with industry standards; smart JB experience preferred.

• Pre-commissioning and commissioning experience required.

• Solid technical, prioritization, and management abilities.

• Effective communication, influencing, and interface skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
