Develop clear and concise operating procedures, standing instructions, and project documentation in line with established competency assurance standards to support the effective daily operation of Client assets and the start-up of new projects.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop documentation for Operations in compliance with Client policies, industry standards, and ISO 9000/14000.
• Revalidate procedures and standing instructions to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations.
• Review and update plant operations documents; assign procedure criticality levels.
• Produce clear, accurate technical and safety documents incorporating industry best practices and Client lessons learned.
• Develop Operations & Maintenance procedure assessment packages per Client competency standards.

• Identify improvement areas to reduce risks and ensure technical changes are reflected in documentation and assessments.
• Support procedural updates to address changing operational conditions across facilities.
• Manage the document review process, ensuring stakeholder input is captured.
• Collaborate with Graphics and Engineering teams to update P&IDs and maintain simplified drawings.

Qualifications:

• HND in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in a relevant process operations in LNG production including 3 years’ experience as a technical author in the hydrocarbon or petrochemical industry.

Skills and Competencies

• Expert in written and spoken English
• Proficient in word processing, desktop publishing, and technical documentation tools
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS SharePoint
• Strong coordination, analytical, and writing skills
