Deliver senior Control Engineering support from EPC to handover, ensuring lifecycle safety, reliability, and compliance, influencing decisions on CAPEX and OPEX, and providing technical input to designs while managing new technology risks.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Control Engineering support from design to warranty resolution.

• Implement surveillance for control systems to ensure reliability, availability, and cybersecurity.

• Advise on integrity programs for safety and reliability.

• Oversee contractors and mentor junior engineers.

• Manage tie-ins, resolve issues, and mitigate technology risks.

• Support high-risk commissioning through surveillance, tuning, and advisory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 6 years’ experience in an oil and gas environment

Skills and Competencies

• Skilled in decision-making under pressure

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in office and technical applications

• Senior-level Control Engineering competence
