This role ensures engineering activities for compression platforms meet all contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements, aligns stakeholders, manages engineering quality, coordinates with other teams and third parties, supports the EPC Division Engineering Manager, and oversees designs, modifications, and team resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure engineering work complies with contracts, standards, and regulations, maintaining design integrity.
- Lead COMP4 project team coordination for EPC Engineering alignment.
- Oversee delivery of Compression Platforms (CP8S/CP4N) and quality of technical deliverables.
- Coordinate interfaces with Engineering, Construction, Operations, other EPC contracts, and third parties.
- Support engineering planning to meet procurement and construction schedules.
- Manage multi-discipline technical reviews (P&IDs, 3D models, HAZOP, SIL, system completions).
- Ensure completion of EPC ITT, bulletins, clarifications, and proposal evaluations.
- Deliver approved-for-construction engineering outputs on schedule.
- Close out action items from queries, HAZOP, MOC/PSSR, and report to management.
- Align multiple Compression EPC contracts and resources for successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in science or engineering.
- 10 years in EPC projects, 5 years in multi-discipline offshore engineering management.
- Experienced with international contractors and vendors for offshore oil and gas projects.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong technical, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in office and technical software.
