Oversee offshore operations, driving projects, performance reporting, and business planning while coordinating improvements and managing shifting priorities with minimal impact on core activities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead offshore input for project reviews, ensuring reliability, integrity, and human factor standards.

• Facilitate risk assessments, investigations, and maintain asset risk register to closure.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and project issues.

• Manage asset issues, change controls, and corrective actions to meet targets.

• Review and assess procedures; serve as Risk Management Coordinator.

• Drive opportunities, best practices, and functional alignment with objectives.

• Oversee commissioning, start-up readiness, and integrated operations plans.

• Ensure safe mechanical completion and flawless facility start-up.

• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and support corporate reviews.

• Address abnormal operations and develop technical solutions for optimization.
