Provide expert advice on cost allocation, planning, and stewardship for the NFPS Compression Project, developing and adapting procedures to meet specialized business needs while guiding the team. Maintain shareholder confidence in cost estimates through detailed cost models, analysis, and reporting, recommending process improvements as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert cost accounting, allocation, planning, and control across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure budget compliance through review of cost assumptions and plans.
- Standardize cost processes and resolve compliance issues.
- Prepare funding packages (ACs, FF, SF).
- Maintain cost/man-hour databases and benchmarking data.
- Improve and enforce cost procedures.
- Act as Cost SME in reviews and audits.
- Advise on cost/change management and report risks.
- Estimate change order costs with EPC Contractor.
- Manage the Management of Change process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Accounting/Finance.
- 8+ years’ experience in cost allocation, estimation, planning, and expenditure in oil & gas projects.
- SAP/BI experience preferred.
- Strong ability to understand project scope and execution strategies.
